Lashay Fleming has served in many music and ministry venues since the age of 5. She received ordination as a Minister of the Gospel in May of 1997. A Woman of God of many hats, she has served as Praise and Worship leader for several ministries, conducted Praise and Worship conferences, and composed music ministry guidelines for Praise and Worship teams. She also has had the opportunity to develop a Praise and Worship curriculum for Northside Methodist Academy in Dothan, Alabama and served as a volunteer instructor for the Praise and Worship class. She has had the opportunity to minster and/or sing background with local and celebrity artists/leader/choirs and has had several commercial, radio, television ministry/interview opportunities. Lashay recorded her first gospel album in 1996 and continues to write music on the road to fulfilling prophecy of “many gospel albums to come.” She released a single in 2012, available on Itunes and all digital outlets, “Crazy Praise”, written and produced by Napolian Barnes, Jr. She released her solo EP project, My Life Story, April 22, 2017, (search by Artist, Lashay) produced by Paul Neal and JJ Evans, Hidden Place Productions, Atlanta Georgia.
Lashay has always enjoyed the arts and has participated in show choirs, plays, and talent shows since middle school which afforded her the opportunities to travel and the exposure to diverse talents. She made her debut as an actress, vocalist, composer/producer, stage manager, director and playwright in her original gospel stage play, I Choose Life©- featuring original music by Lashay. It premiered April 21, 2006 at the Dothan Opera House followed by an encore performance June 17, 2006 at the Cultural Arts Center in Dothan, Alabama. She has written two other gospel plays, Even This Lord©, and Just for Me© with original soundtracks performed at the Dothan Opera House. She also wrote and premiered a virtual play in 2021- When Love Makes You Do Wrong©. She has been cast for other plays, commercials and 3 independent films. She is an author and has recently published, Can You See Me? Unmasking a Broken Spirit.
Dr. Tarama Lashay Fleming is a member of the American Counselor's Association and has completed her Doctorate in Christian Counseling. She also has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology via Troy University where she served as Adjunct Professor. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and has worked in the mental health field for over 24 years. Currently Dr. Fleming serves at Kingdom College as Adjunct Professor for the Counseling/Psychology department and serves the state of Alabama via her private practice, A Clear View Counseling Services, LLC.
Dr. Tarama Lashay Fleming is also a certified life coach and transformation specialist. She is the founder of I AM Whole! Spiritual Empowerment Center, an online platform for personal and spiritual development. The center offers coaching/counseling, workshops, conferences, seminars (including mental health seminars), and online courses/training, etc. Dr. Fleming specializes in assisting women of faith, especially those called to leadership, to show up in the best version of themselves through spiritual alignment. She is also the founder of The Woman I AM™, a Facebook community with a focus on alignment, transformation through personal and spiritual development, and leadership.
Dr. Fleming is married to Apostle Darrial Fleming and they are the founders of an online/itinerary ministry, One Voice Ministries Inc. that focuses on spiritual and leadership development. Dr. Fleming is also the founder of Let the R.I.V.E.R. Flow! Prophetic Conference, I AM Showing Up! conference and The Woman I AM™ conference.
